  10. New User Manager asks new users a series of informational questions and then 8 configurable yes or no questions.  Based on the responses to those questions it also sets an
  11. initial security level, forum access and restriction codes.  All responses are saved in a number of formats including in one large file, a tabbed file and as GFiles.  Also
  12. adds visiting sysops BBS information to the BBS list.  Great way to help automate the process of adding new users.
